The core of the software is the contact record, the same as the one CRM module<\/a>. It brings together on a single screen the list of donors, the contact details of the person you are viewing, a free-form memo and the list of associated contacts.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t

You thus manage the details of each of your contacts' information: postal address, telephone number, postcode, email, website and status. The fields are customisable, and alert management reminds you of the last and next contact.
