Frequently Asked Questions about Contact software training

Do you already need to know the Contact software to take the training course?

No. The training starts with an introduction to the interface and navigation. The only prerequisite is a basic command of the Windows environment: keyboard, mouse and simple navigation. It is therefore suitable for both a new user and someone who already uses part of the software.

How long does it take to start a training course?

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks between the approval of your application and the start of the programme. The date will be agreed with you based on your schedule, and the session may be brought forward if the calendar allows.

Can the training take place on our premises or remotely?

All three formats are available: at our Meyreuil premises, on your site, or remotely. The technical guide provided to trainees is available in both face-to-face and remote versions. The choice is made at the time of the request, depending on the number of participants and their location.

How is the training invoiced?

The training is billed directly to the company, at the rate of €1,000 excluding tax per session, for 2 to 6 trainees. The quote specifies the chosen format, date and location. Contact us to receive a proposal tailored to your headcount.

Can a participant with a disability take part in the training course?

Yes. Our training courses are accessible to people with disabilities. Our disability officer, William Tornato, will look into the necessary adaptations with you: adjustments to the workstation, schedule, materials or venue. Please let us know when you make your request so that the session can be prepared accordingly.
